Rockville, Md. – September 2, 2009 - The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has awarded NetStar-1, Inc. a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for management consulting services for its Enterprise Human Resources Integration (EHRI) program. The new award is a continuation of NetStar-1’s long standing support to OPM. The new five-year BPA has a value of up to $28 million.
The EHRI program is one of five OPM-led e-Gov initiatives designed to leverage the benefits of information technology (IT) to streamline and automate federal human resources (HR) processes. A key goal of EHRI is to ultimately transform all federal employee records from paper to electronic files. NetStar-1’s support includes budget and financial management support, acquisition support, project and program management support, and performance measurement. NetStar-1 also provides specialized expertise in IT, security, and federal HR policy.
